the attitude of the staff to European guests - unlike The Cascades - and that is why we returned to stay at the Premier Hotel Regent after two stays at The Cascades !!!

It provided ample space and atmosphere for the purpose of our work- related visit.
I was served a badly moulded cheese sandwich at the Y-knot.I Will never order from there again, and will advise colleagues in professional circles against it.
